Bahadeen Introduction

Bahaudeen is a shy kid that seemed to be unwilling to cooperate, at the start. He was reserved, and though not unattentive, refused to talk much during the reading sessions. He had a reasonably good command of English, and was able to converse fluently. The several reading problems I came across with him were mainly, the failure to pause at punctuation marks and read with expression, and the fact that he liked to skip words when reading. Over the course of the last 12 weeks, i have seen a marked improvement in Bahaudeen's fluency in reading, and reading base. He is now reading outside of fiction, and delving into the more factual and knowledge-based books. An upkeep of this reading habit would surely prove beneficial for him in the long run.
